Alkhair Foundation has announced the outcomes of its humanitarian projects implemented in the Gaza Strip during the period from 1 October 2025 to 12 December 2025, as part of a multi-sector response aimed at alleviating the escalating humanitarian crisis and strengthening civilian resilience amid ongoing field challenges.
According to the Foundation’s operational record, the response focused on water and sanitation, food security, shelter and non-food items, and the health sector through direct, measurable interventions carried out in cooperation with field teams and local partners.
Water and Sanitation Sector
Interventions in this sector included the deployment of 500 water trucks, each with a capacity of 15,000 liters, providing a total of 7,500,000 liters of water to help secure minimum essential water needs amid damaged water infrastructure.
Food Security
The Foundation delivered large-scale food assistance, including:
860,000 hot meals
20,000 food baskets
8,000 hygiene kits
These efforts aimed to support the most affected families and strengthen food security amid recurring supply disruptions.
Shelter and Non-Food Items
To support displaced families who lost their homes, Alkhair Foundation implemented shelter interventions that included:
776 shelter tents
3,700 tarpaulins
4,506 blankets
3,975 winter clothing kits
Support also targeted the most vulnerable groups through:
3,000 infant milk supplies
2,450 diapers
7,000 in-kind assistance packages for orphans
Health Sector
Health-related interventions included:
Equipping one ambulance
Organizing a free medical day
Performing 400 surgical operations
Providing five prosthetic limbs
Rehabilitating Haifa Medical Center
These actions contributed to strengthening the healthcare system’s capacity to respond to urgent needs.
