The family was one of thousands facing extreme hardship and lack of livelihood in a community already suffering from difficult conditions.
Thanks to the generosity of donors, the family was supported through the Most Vulnerable Families Sponsorship Program, with an annual sponsorship of $2,600, helping secure their basic needs and bring stability to their lives.
Today, Um Yazan can provide food for her children and live with greater dignity after days when hunger was their greatest fear.
