More Than Washing Machines… A Step Toward Community Recovery

Displaced families in the camps need essential services that help them maintain hygiene and health in extremely difficult living conditions.

Through the Community Recovery Laundries project in Gaza, Alkhair Foundation is creating dedicated laundry facilities equipped with water, sanitation, electrical connections, and automatic washing machines.

The project helps reduce the daily burden of handwashing clothes, improves hygiene conditions in the camps, and strengthens the local community’s ability to manage a sustainable service for families.
