As part of ongoing humanitarian follow-up, Sheikh Imam Qasim, Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Al-Khair Foundation, visited the Tyre region in Lebanon to review developments in relief efforts and discuss mosque restoration and reconstruction projects.
The visit formed part of a series of meetings with charitable partners and local teams in the area, during which current humanitarian needs were assessed, ongoing projects were reviewed, and opportunities for further development were explored to expand their impact on beneficiary communities.
Discussions also addressed mechanisms to broaden humanitarian activities and strengthen field coordination, particularly in supporting religious and community service projects that contribute to social stability and preserve the role of mosques as centers of worship and solidarity.
During the visit, Sheikh Imam Qasim reaffirmed Al-Khair Foundation’s commitment to continuing its support for Lebanon, working with local partners through a humanitarian vision that prioritizes evolving needs, safeguards beneficiaries’ dignity, and enhances the long-term impact of projects.
