The Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Al-Khair Foundation, Sheikh Imam Qasim, met with the Head of Sudan’s Humanitarian Aid Commission at the Commission’s headquarters in White Nile State, as part of efforts to strengthen institutional coordination of humanitarian work in Sudan.
The Humanitarian Aid Commission serves as the national body responsible for regulating and coordinating humanitarian efforts. The meeting explored avenues for joint cooperation and operational mechanisms to ensure that assistance reaches beneficiaries in accordance with approved official frameworks.
Both sides also discussed the importance of strengthening humanitarian partnerships and exchanged views on current needs, contributing to more effective and well-organized humanitarian responses that support affected communities.
Sheikh Imam Qasim reaffirmed Al-Khair Foundation’s commitment to operating in full compliance with Sudanese laws and regulations, in cooperation with relevant authorities, to enhance the impact of humanitarian interventions while preserving the dignity of beneficiaries.
