The Masjid Revitalization Program in Aceh is a critical initiative aimed at restoring mosques damaged by the recent flash floods in Aceh Province, Indonesia. The program seeks to ensure that these mosques remain safe, functional, and conducive for worship, serving as community hubs, learning spaces, and sources of spiritual strength for the affected population, including repairs, renovations, and provision of essential facilities.

The project will be implemented immediately, with a focus on completing the revitalization before Ramadan in some Masjid in Aceh Utara and Aceh Tamiang. Through a collaborative effort with local stakeholders, NGOs, and community groups, providing technical, financial, and material support for mosque revitalization.

The revitalization of mosques is crucial for rebuilding the community's spirit and providing a sense of normalcy in the aftermath of the disaster. By restoring these community hubs, we will help foster hope, resilience, and cohesion among the affected population. The project will also support the spiritual well-being of the community, enabling them to continue their daily worship and cultural practices.

The project will involve:

• Repairs and renovations to damaged mosques, including repainting, wudhu area and toilet repairs, and carpet provision.

• Provision of essential facilities, such as sound systems, mushaf Quran, carpets, prayer mats, and prayer robes.

• Support for the spiritual growth of the Aceh community, enabling them to perform Ramadan devotions with ease.
