In a new step to strengthen sustainable relief efforts in the Gaza Strip, Al-Khair Foundation announced the launch of Al-Khair Kitchen in Deir al-Balah in southern Gaza, serving as a vital humanitarian lifeline for the most affected families.
The kitchen was opened amid worsening humanitarian conditions faced by Gaza’s residents, where the need for daily food assistance continues to rise—especially with the approach of the holy month of Ramadan, which intensifies living challenges for thousands of families.
With a production capacity of up to 50,000 meals per day, the kitchen stands among the most significant ongoing food support initiatives, aiming to provide complete hot meals to families in need while ensuring aid reaches beneficiaries with dignity and efficiency.
Al-Khair Foundation affirmed that the project is part of a broader series of sustainable humanitarian initiatives designed to ease living burdens on the people of Gaza and strengthen their resilience under difficult conditions. The kitchen will continue operating wherever need is greatest, particularly during Ramadan.
Al-Khair Kitchen represents a practical model of humanitarian solidarity and reflects the mission of giving carried by Al-Khair Foundation across areas of need.
